Volatia accepts PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa - Mastercard - American Express - Discover) for online payments. To make payments without any fees, please send us a check or process your payment through ACH (Automated Clearing House).
Volatia's pricing structure does not include transaction expenses for online payments. Fees for processing your payment(s) are directly imposed and collected by our 3rd-Party transaction processing vendor(s). Thus, Volatia does NOT have any way to modify these fees.
If you have any question or concern regarding your invoice, please contact us or log into your terpX account to review details of the work order(s) involved. In your account's report center, review your billing summary and add feedback as needed.
Once your payment is submitted, our accounts receivable team will update your account accordingly. Your balance in terpX should reflect the posted payment within 1-3 business days. If you made a mistake and need a refund of a payment made, please contact us.
