How To Work With An Interpreter
It can be challenging to communicate through an interpreter, especially if it is your first time or you don't do it often. Knowing these six industry best practices can help you communicate through an interpreter with ease and in a way that achieves the desired outcome.

Dial the assigned number.
For Spanish, Press 1; for all other languages press 2...press 0 for help.
Say the desired language or enter the language ID if you know it; press 0 for help.
Enter your access code or press 0 for help.

Provide work order details (Facility requesting service, Onsite or Virtual request, language, date and time of service, name or ID of service recipient, and any special instructions). If the event is virtual, be sure to provide a link (Zoom, Teams, Google Meets) in the comment section.

Make sure your email contains your full name, contact phone, and your organization.
Provide work order details (Facility requesting service, Onsite or Virtual request, language, date and time of service, name or ID of service recipient, and any special instructions).
Scheduling Tips
Replicate Feature - This function allows the user to submit the original request and keep a copy. Changes can then be made on the copy.
Reoccurring Feature - Use when the work order is needed on a set pattern. For example, an appointment every Monday and Friday for the next six weeks.
Attachments - Use to upload relevant documents, as needed.
