It is very important that you as an intepreter report accurate start and end times of the work order to which you are assigned. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log In 

2. Select "Manage Your Assignments"

3. Select the work order you wish to manage

4. Enter the start and end times

5. Enter the total mileage and the total travel time if you travelled to the worksite facility

Reporting your work order times and assignment issues is mandadory. Please note the following requirements:

1. All interpreters are required to have their work order reports completed within 2 hours of completing the assignment. 

2. Any issues that were experienced must be reported in the comment section. This helps our Customer Service Team to have some background information when a Client calls in to complain or ask questions regarding the issue.
